We ask that clients arrive at their allocated time only. We will not have a waiting area, to limit the amount of clients in the premises at one time and also to limit surface contact. We will open the door just prior to your appointment, but it will be closed at all other times. This is for everyones safety.

We have hand sanitiser just inside our door, and ask that all clients use it as they enter and exit the premises.

Face coverings/masks will be required to be worn by clients for the duration of your appointment. While face down, the mask can be removed for the ease of breathing, but when face up, the covering/mask must be worn correctly, covering the nose and mouth. You are more than welcome to wear your own, but should you require one, we have disposable masks available for £1 in the centre. If you do not want to wear a covering/mask on your face, please do not book in, as we cannot then treat you.

On arrival, clients will have their temperature checked by an infrared thermometer, and the result logged on a waiver form relating to Covid and confirmation of any symptoms you may have or not have. This form will need to be read, checked and signed by each individual client, which we legally have to keep for 21 days before destroying. We will provide a pen to sign the form, and this will be cleaned after use.

All items of clothing will need to be put into a box, which will be sterilised between clients. Again, this is to limit surface contact, which could transmit to someone else.

As your therapists we have new rules to follow too –

We will be checking our own temperature am and pm. This will be logged on forms, hung up next to your treatment room for you to see. We will be wearing a visor, a mask and an apron. We will be following government guidance on how to put these on and remove them, to avoid any cross contamination between clients.

All covers have been removed from couches and chairs, so we can clean effectively. We will still be using a disposable sheet on the couch, and a clean sheet/cover for clients will be used, which will be washed at the end of each day, at 60degrees.

There is a PPE bin located in our entrance area. This strictly must only have PPE put in it, and it will be disposed of correctly.

We have increased the time between appointments, to allow for thorough cleaning of all equipment used, the couches, floors, door handles, and anything else that may have come into contact with any client or ourselves.

We have completed a Covid Risk Assessment. The results are detailed in our entrance area.

We ask that if any of our clients feel at all unwell before their appointment, that they let us know asap. We will not be charging for cancellations in this instance.
